Brian Webb, Executive Chef of Hot Noodles, Cold Sake discusses how much work goes into a “simple” bowl of Ramen, and how to create new hybrid flavors while keeping the original spirit of the dish alive. Alex and Brian met when Brian was running his food truck years ago and Alex fell in love with his cooking and became a food truck regular. 

They talk about the beginnings of Brian’s culinary career, the reason he chose cooking over anything else, and even watch Brian break down his recipes for some of his famous ramen by giving us a food demo!
